What we test, and how.

Quantiva Labs offers a single, comprehensive peptide assessment service designed to answer the questions that matter most.

Identity confirmation

We confirm that the substance in your vial is the peptide it claims to be. Using liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (LC-MS), we measure the molecular mass of your sample and compare it to the theoretical mass of the labelled peptide.

If the masses don't match, the COA will tell you exactly what was — and wasn't — found.

Identity by LC-MS
Purity by HPLC at 220 nm

Purity quantification

Reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) with UV detection at 220 nm — the wavelength at which the peptide bond absorbs. Impurities show up as separate peaks; the main peak's area as a percentage of total area gives you purity.

We report purity to the second decimal place and flag any impurity over 0.1% of the chromatogram area.

Content measurement

The label says 10 mg. Does the vial actually contain 10 mg? We measure the mass of the peptide in your sample so you know whether the dosing on the label is accurate.

This is one of the most common ways research material goes wrong — under-filled vials, evaporated reconstitutions, or simple labelling errors.

The Certificate of Analysis

Every assessment ends with a signed PDF COA, a unique verify key, a QR code, and a public lookup page where anyone can confirm the document is authentic.
